TUI and British Airways Holidays awarded Louis Hotels
The group’s hotels have secured 11 new international awards from the tour operators
The excellent hospitality and the high quality of services offered to the guests of Louis Hotels were awarded again! Louis Hotels’ units received a total of 11 awards from travel organizers British Airways Holidays and TUI, exceeding the expectations of visitors.
British Airways Holidays
The company’s hotels have earned a total of three distinctions from British Airways Holidays. Specifically, the five-star The Ivi Mare – Designed for adults in Paphos with a score of 9.1/10, received the Customer Excellence Award for 2021. Louis Paphos Breeze in Paphos totalling a score of 9.0/10, also received the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2021. Hotel guests rated their hotel experience as outstanding. In addition, Louis Hotels received from British Airways Holidays the award for excellent hospitality for the services offered at the five-star Asterion Suites & Spa in Crete. Exceeding the expectations of its visitors, the unit managed to stand out with a score of 9.0/10.
